Really good Stay at a Beautiful Hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the quiet, large room. Dinner at the restaurant was really good. I ate there twice. The hotel does not offer twin beds, yet the large bed for sharing was fine! I found the location very good. It had a Metro stop and bus stop right outside.

The room had artful decorations. The light switches are particularly fun. I used the laundry service, and I found the pressing quality acceptable! When I had dinner at the restaurant, the truffle pasta was rich. I liked that the gym was always open and nicely decorated.
The breakfast offer lacked some clarity, it seems included in the price, but adding extras required supplements.

the staff were very helpful and i was able to check in early. i found a lovely note and some chocolates in my room upon arrival. staff promptly brought my luggage up while i was completing check-in.
the cleaning service seemed a bit inefficient. i noticed some hairs on the floor after the cleaning service.

The location was central, near the metro. This made getting around quite easy.
I found the room smaller than expected. Generator noise persisted throughout the night. It was hard to ignore. Requesting an iron took an unreasonably long time. I was quite frustrated.
